Why I insist on publishing our prices
Our prices are public — by court, by hour. Transparency isn’t a tactic; it’s the least we owe the people who come to play.
Before we opened, people advised me: don’t fix the prices, quote by the customer, keep it flexible. I thought about it, then pinned the whole rate card at the front desk — and put it on the website.
Because I have been the person standing at the door, too embarrassed to ask what it costs. I don’t want anyone who walks in here to feel that, ever.
“No one should have to DM us just to find out a price.”
Court rental is $26 an hour, $31 at peak, $65 to book the whole court. Membership is $59 a month, $540 a year. That’s it, in black and white. You come to play; we keep you on merit, not on an information gap.
