Rotation & etiquette
How the open floor works.

Check in at the front desk and present your QR code before entering the courts.
- 02
Drop-in play has a 3-hour limit — enter during the drop-in window and wrap up before it ends.

Bring and use your own birdies while playing.
- 04
When players are waiting: singles rotate after one 21-point game, doubles after two — warm-up capped at 5 minutes.
- 05
Drop-in uses any court not rented or in class — ask the front desk for court info before you play.
- 06
Indoor non-marking gum-rubber shoes required. Rentals available at the front desk.
