Terms of Service

01 · Scope of services

Aplus provides badminton training, training camps, private lessons, team training, event organization, and related services. Specific content, pricing, and scheduling are governed by on-site registration or official announcement.

02 · Booking, cancellation, and rescheduling

After a booking is confirmed, please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling.
Specific rules are governed by your training agreement or membership terms.

03 · Risk and liability

Badminton training involves inherent athletic risks (sprains, muscle strain, falls, contact with equipment or other participants, etc.). Participation indicates your understanding and voluntary acceptance of these risks.

Before participating, please honestly disclose to your coach any health conditions, injury history, or limitations. Minors require a guardian-signed informed consent.

Aplus provides a safe training environment and qualified coaching under reasonable care. Except as required by law for willful or gross negligence, Aplus is not liable for personal injury or property loss during training beyond what applicable law mandates.

04 · Imagery and likeness

During training or competition, Aplus may capture imagery for internal records, instructional playback, official social media, or event reporting.

If you prefer not to appear in public imagery, please notify your coach or the front desk in writing in advance. We will respect your choice.

Student names (especially minors) are not used on public channels without written authorization from a guardian.

05 · Code of conduct

Respect coaches, fellow participants, and facility property.
Follow facility rules, including indoor non-marking court footwear; outdoor shoes are not permitted on the courts.
Do not bring unauthorized recording equipment into training areas.
Do not engage in speech or behavior that makes others uncomfortable on the floor.
Violators may have services terminated, with all legal recourse reserved.

06 · Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, video, design) is owned by Aplus Sport Club or its design partners, protected by Canadian copyright law.
No copying, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

07 · Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved, they will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.

08 · Modification of terms

Aplus may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
